Yes. Most of our furniture is handcrafted using natural materials and traditional techniques.

Variations in grain, colour, texture, knots, or finish are normal and are not considered faults. Small irregularities or surface marks reflect the handmade nature and individuality of each piece.

Please choose carefully — we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on furniture or homewares.

If the item is faulty or arrives damaged, we will assist with repair, replacement, or store credit.

Email info@meentribe.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or store credit depending on stock availability.

Furniture items come with a 3–12 month limited warranty, depending on the piece.

The warranty covers structural integrity and manufacturing defects under normal residential use.

It does not cover natural variations, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper care or handling.

Shipping costs depend on weight and location.

  • For Items under 50kgs, we have a flat fee as applied at check out.
  • Items over 50kg or shipping to remote areas may require a separate freight quote.
  • At checkout, select “Freight – Contact for Quote”, and we will email you the final cost before dispatch.

Yes, we deliver across Australia.

Remote postcodes may incur additional shipping fees or, in rare cases, orders may need to be cancelled and refunded.

All furniture deliveries are to the ground floor/front door only unless special arrangements are made in advance (additional fees may apply).

Our courier partners deliver to the front door or ground floor only.

If you require additional handling such as:

  • delivery upstairs,
  • placement inside, or
  • assembly,

Please contact us before placing your order. Extra charges may apply.

If you choose ATL at checkout, the courier will leave your order in the designated location.

Once delivered, Meen Tribe and our carriers are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

Yes, if your order has not been dispatched.

A small handling or restocking fee may apply.

Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.

We usually dispatch standard products and pre-curated hampers within 1–2 business days.
For custom or bulk orders, the lead time depends on quantity and packaging requirements. We’ll confirm this when you place your order.
