Corporate Christmas Gifts 2026: A Planning Checklist for Businesses
Share
Christmas is one of the best times of year to thank the clients, partners and team members who supported your business. A thoughtful gift that arrives on time, looks professional and reflects your brand leaves a lasting impression. Use this checklist to plan your corporate Christmas gifts without the last-minute rush.
1. Make your list and set a budget
Start with who you want to thank: key clients, referral partners, suppliers and your own team. Group them into tiers, then set a budget per gift for each tier. This makes it easy to choose hampers and see the total cost before you order.
Real estate agents and brokers often add recent buyers, vendors and settlement clients to the list. Our real estate settlement hampers work well for these.
2. Choose gifts they will use and enjoy
Gourmet and festive hampers are always welcome. Homeware gifts, such as serving boards, glassware and candles, stay in the home long after Christmas and keep your business top of mind. Browse our Christmas gift hampers or read our Christmas hamper gift guide for ideas by recipient.
3. Decide how you want to brand your gifts
Branding turns a nice gift into a memorable one. Options include:
- Branded magnetic gift boxes with your logo
- Laser engraving or vinyl printing on wood and marble pieces
- Personalised message cards in every hamper
- Branded merchandise such as mugs, notebooks, pens and drink bottles
Minimum quantities depend on the products and branding you choose, and we confirm them in your quote. See all our custom gift and branding options.
4. Think about your recipients
Check for dietary requirements and add them to your brief. If a hamper includes alcohol, make sure it is going to an adult recipient. If some recipients work from home or interstate, collect their delivery addresses early.
5. Work back from the Christmas cut-off
To receive corporate gifts before Christmas, place your order by 5 December. Branded orders need extra production time, so the earlier you send your brief, the better. Here is how the process works:
- Send us your occasion, budget per gift, quantity and branding needs.
- We send a curated proposal and quote within 2 to 3 days.
- We confirm minimum quantities and the lead time for your branding.
- You approve the design, and we pack and deliver your order.
6. Prepare your delivery list and messages
A simple spreadsheet with each recipient's name, delivery address and card message saves time and avoids mistakes. A short, personal message, such as thanking a client for their trust this year, means more than a generic greeting.
